As a valued Customer you are welcome to visit our Centre at any time, whether it is for technical reasons or just to have a look at your new pride and joy, we have an open door policy, all we ask is that you respect the privacy and confidentiality of other customers that may have their Units being built at the same time as yours.
From experience we know that customers can change their mind on the design or they have seen something that they would like added to their Unit. During our standard build we always anticipate change and factor in certain uncharged additions to allow for this.
As you can imagine no two orders are the same, therefore at the initial meeting we can give you an estimated completion date from placing the order but not until we have your full specification and we know the delivery dates of the vehicles can we give a specific date.
Our technicians have the experience and knowledge to be able to convert any vehicle, within reason which can either be supplied by you or we can source them from one of our vehicle sales contacts in the commercial vehicle industry.
We strongly recommend that vehicles are mechanically and structurally sound and are Within 3 years old even though certain applications will require structurally sound older vehicles.
Once completed Units can be delivered anywhere in the world, please ask for a separate quotation for this.
All of the vehicles are stripped to the chassis and insulated with insulation foil and fire retarded protection which reduces external noise and also retains the required temperature in the Control Room therefore creating a comfortable working environment.
